A bit of drizzle or light shower doesn’t bother us too much, and our walk-behind mowers are light on their feet so won’t cause damage to your lawn. If its been raining heavily and the ground is waterlogged we will reschedule your service to the next available day.

Despite our best efforts accidents sometimes do happen, this is why we carry full liability insurance. If we do happen to cause damage, you can rest assured it will be dealt with properly and honestly.

Our lawn mowing crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, however, we cannot guarantee the safety or security of your pet. Our lawn mowing crews will only be able to notify you that they are on their way via SMS, so we highly recommend that you secure your pet indoors or some other secure location on your designated lawn mowing day. You accept our lawn care service with this provision. We also ask owners to pick up any droppings by the day before the service date.
